I had to return a H2OC to JollyAnn because of a small manufacturing defect, and Wade told me his supplier was out of them, but they would be getting more in a couple of weeks. He also said he would see if he could find one for me sooner, and in less than a week it arrived at my door. Thanks for the great service Wade, this one is good to go.
