    I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to you guys and a HUGE thank you to Bob Bowman. About three weeks ago I had posted asking about who you guys thought would be a good company to go with for financing a boat, a company that would understand the value of a boat and all it’s equipment.
    Within a about thirty to fourty-five minutes I had six replys and ten P.M’s telling me to give Bob Bowman from City-County Federal credit union a call. Well I did and within a week I had the check for the boat I have always dreamed of having. The rates that I got from Bob were the best I could find. Thanks to all you guys that help me pull this together. Bob you will have my business again another day.
    Oh ya if you go and talk to Bob tell him Adam Schewe sent ya.

    Great looking rid.

    I went through Bob with my truck and couldn’t be ahppier with the rate and service he gave to me.

    In the finance world that we live in today, the personal touch has gone out the window. When you call just about any finance company, do you get a live person that picks up the phone…No! You get a recording telling you to push 1 for spanish, or just wait for the next availiable person to answer. You sit on hold for 15 minutes, just waiting to talk to someone. Let me tell you that City-County prides itself on the fact that we put the personal touch back into what banking was many years ago. I love the fact that the last thing Adam said to me was “Thanks for helping me get my dream boat” we shook hands and off he went to pick up his Ranger. I know that I made a connection with Adam, and for me that is what my job is all about. He got a great rate, great service, and a GREAT new boat, I get the satisfaction of knowing that he will return for any needs in the future. These are the relationships I strive to make with everyone that I assist.

    Adam, thank you for giving me the chance to help you, but the real question is…When are you taking me fishing in that new Ranger……..Congrats Again

    Adam, I know exactly how you feel. I went through Bob & City County Federal Credit Union last October and bought my 2006 Ranger. His rate could not be touched by anyone I asked. Thanks again Bob!
