Good Day on Pool 7

I was out with some Gander friends doing a little prefishing for a club bass tourney on Saturday. We found fish to say the least. Texas rigged ringworms and Black Magic Yo Mamas were the ticket for all of our fish. It was beautiful out until the wind picked up, but the wind is what started our fish on a frenzy. We caught 40 fish and 15 were of legal size. One 19.5 inch pig that weighed 4lbs. 13oz. First bass of the year We had a six fish total of 17 lbs. 3 oz. I think that will do for the first bass trip of the year. Good luck all and see you on the water.

that was the last decent size fish on that lake…. next time let her be until after the tourney……
