Do ya think the Ref’s let the game get outta hand at the end??? That guy that took out Jonnson should be gone for the series! What a bunch of crap! Greenlay put it right…..Feel sorry for the refs’s that inherit this mess in Anahiem!

its was good to finally see some good energy in the third. they finally looked like where doing there thing again. good speed and good passes. I think those ref were paid off. some very poor judgement on there part.
i know they let play in the playoffs but two on one come on. it was out of hand

It was a great game and awesome to see them score more than 2 goals against the quackers. Unfortunately, it was a costly win with Johnson getting injured. At least May won’t be playing on thursday. He should get a hefty fine as should Thornton for the double team on Hall. The refs(if you want to call them that) were a joke. They didn’t decide the game, but they could have a called a lot more penalties. The ducks did not act very professionally after they were down by a few goals. I hope the wild can score some goals on thursday too. Backstrom also did a great job with several times where a skater had no defender between him and backstrom with a clear shot.

Great game!! Very poor refs. They let The ducks get away with alot of cheap shots(punches to the face of wild players)and just looked the other way. To bad they let it get so far out of hand. Hopefully the Wild can carry that momentum into the rest of the series.

There are two ducks id like to go ONE ON ONE with… that being key.. one on one. if your teamate gets into a fight, and you want a piece of the same guy, at least wait your turn till he finishes pummeling YOUR TEAMATE before you come in swinging, what an first thing i thought was.. he should be done for the season…

I will have to say it was VERY POOR officiating. I was at the game last night and the refs did not do there job. As for the NHL there should be a few Ducks missing the next couple games if not the rest of the season. Fighting is a part of hockey, which is good but when you take it to a cheap level of play like the Ducks did, that is just unacceptable. Just take the loss, Pack your bag and go back home . As for the Wild, They played a he** of a game. They did a good job staying out of the cheap play, and playing good hockey. I have to say that Burns is by far our best Dman and he has been showing a lot of heart in the playoffs. I just hope we can come back to the STATE OF HOCKEY for game 6. There is nothing better than a game 6 in the excel. The place was WILD last night, They had more fan support then you could amagine. If theres a game 6 you can bet I’ll be heading up to buy some tickets.

Only in the NHL…which is why I prefer high school or college hockey where skating and stick handling are the skills which determine the outcome of a game.
