    Well this is not a good situation what so ever. His wheel chair was partially submerged..That is not a good sign..
    I hope the best for him and his family..

    I hadn’t heard about this until now. I have to say that this doesn’t look good. I guess I am left wondering why he was at that particular spot in the first place. To get out of his truck and hop in the chair to look at the water? Something isn’t right.
