How many of you are watching American Idol this season? This is the first year I have really gotten into it.
I’m rooting for Gina and Blake right now.

Melinda is good, I agree. The girls seem to alot better than the guys this year. I do like Blake though.

NeverHome… Haley is cute, but I think the girls with the “big voices” will beat her out eventually. She’s not a bad singer though.
CatchnRelease… That was Antonella. She may have had talent, but it wasn’t singing! And, according to Simon, “This is a singing competition”. 
I am really upset with the voting set up. I really think for it to be a fair competition there should be a limit of one vote per phone line or something. Think about Sundance and Brandon and those guys that got voted off while Sanjaya stayed… I feel bad for them. Just doesn’t seem like a fair deal to me.
No kidding…..let’s break up the tea party please.

I do and I believe the most talented and person who without a doubt is the best entertainer is Blake he should win the thing because he WILL see more CD’s than any other person on the show this year COMBINED!!
I like Gina but I may be partial… met her last year at the Chicago auditions – went down there with my son when he auditioned. He made it to Hollywood last year but was cut in the first week. He was asked to audition again this last year but was too busy with college. Keep an eye out for him again next year – he didn’t want to audition this last round but is now thinking about trying again next year
Fisher Sherry, you are right. A singing competition should have a contestant with a good vocal element. Sorry ’bout that, it was kinda an innapropriate answer

I like Lakisha and Melinda…throw Jordan in there…The guys don’t have a chance. I guess that Blake is probably the best out of the guys left….
I was thinking of letting my buzz cut grow into a full blown afro and joining the Fro Patro. Chris is pretty goofy looking, but I like some of the songs he sings. I don’t think he is any threat to win though. I only catch bits and pieces of the show, so I have no idea on who deserves to win.

Chill out Idol Haters. It’s a clean and positive show that the kids can watch as well. Can’t say the same about the CSI and Law & Order shows that seem to be on every single evening.
Now Idol isn’t as good as Tony Dean Outdoors, but it’s worth watching. 
My wife told me she heard on the news today that Howard Stern told his audience to vote for Senjaya so he could see if the show is rigged. I don’t think it’s fair to the other singers, especially when they are better!!

Well all the little girls vote for him, cause he looks like and sounds like “Michael”….I’m getting sick of the show now….it is getting to be a popularity contest…not can you sing or not. Stephanie should not have gotten voted off….what a joke!
