I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Walleye Searchers for the invitation to speak at their spring seminar last night.
The Walleye Searchers are a great bunch of guys. They put on a terrific event last night. I know I left with a bunch of tips from Lenny, including ways to keep sheepers of the line while pulling cranks and tips on keeping willow cats out of the rocks when pitching wingdams. I hope that those in attendance were able to leave with a few tidbits of information from my talk as well.
If you enjoy walleye fishing as much as many of us do, or if you’re a beginning walleye fisherman and want to shorten the learning curve, I’d like to encourage you to join the Walleye Searchers for a year. Attend some meetings. Fish a club tournament or 3. This would be a great way to make some new friends that have a common set of interests, and to learn a LOT about walleye fishing along the way.
