Actually, with the ’08 models, with the addition of Lifetime Powertrain, most models have went down in price comparatively to ’07’s, with more features…

I heard the extended powertrain warranties were based on a new tchnology onthe transmission. Is that right, wrong? Anyone have some insight?

Wow, Chrysler really has stepped up. Makes you wonder why they only have around 10%-12% of the market share. You think they would be better than 4th place!

Actually I bet pricing went down trying to attract customers to buy a new car or truck since the other guys are doing that. You’re in the business so I am sure you will have the facts to prove me wrong. I’m sure the auto industry is stronger than ever!

The lifetime powertrain warranty is mostly a marketing ploy. Really ‘stepping up’ would be having better quality. The lifetime powertrain warranty, the $2,500 after market warranty, and even the 36k full warranty doesn’t do much for the wasted time for the multiple trips to the dealership to fix all the little things that go wrong.

Your right, I know little about it, spending 50+ hours a week with it…. I am done. Nobody is gonna change anything on here. I am hoping one of the exheads of Toyota and one of the exheads of Home Depot know what they are doing… I will see.
