Recently picked up a Ranger Reata w/o a cover. The Ranger factory ratchet-style cover is priced around $800. Is this style worth it or would you guys recommend a custom snap cover? Thanks!

The Ranger cover is real nice! Snuggs up tight, sheds water, doesn’t flap in the wind during transport. Can be custom built to fit around the bow mount. Can be installed at the dock without getting wet. After 2 years of constant use the fabric still looks like new. The best cover we’ve owned.

March 7, 2007 at 2:24 pm #545823Stay with the best the original I understand the price factor, but in time you will come to see why you paid the bigger price for what it is covering, and the fantastic results youll have, Ive owned several Rangers and I make sure it has an original cover from Ranger!
