I really cant put into words how much he helped me out!

My boat trailer was on its last leg and undersized for my boat. It was simply dangerous to pull down the road, and I couldnt trust it to go 2 miles to an access let alone take a trip anywhere.

I sent a PM to Al’s and he got back to me the following day with a trailer that just came in with a trade-in boat and quoted a price on the trailer that could get *squeezed* into my emergency budget. The price quoted to me was about 50% of what it would have costed for a comparable used traler on the market right now, or 30% of what a new trailer would have cost.

To make matters more difficult, my schedule was tied up and nearly impossible to run to the Rochster area within business hours to pick it up. I found a small time window that I could run down, but it turned out to be just after the business closed. Joe took it upon himself to haul the trailer to his home with all the proper paperwork so I could come pick the trailer up and take care of the transaction in non-business hours so I would have my boat for use the coming weekend.

A ultra-fair price on a great product, going out of his way to suit my needs, very friendly… and not to mention prompt on cycling the rest of the paperwork after the transaction…

I have noting but very good things to say about Al’s and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They will have my business in the future when I am looking to upgrade. I have no problem driving the extra mile to deal with a company that will go out of the way to take care of a customer, which is something that is very rare to find in todays society.

Thank you Joe at Al’s Specialty Marine!

Their service department is really good up there too. I bought my first bass boat from them and would have returned but they quit selling Stratos. I see they have since gotten back into them.

No real suprise to me, not that I’d expect this of an IDA sponser, not at all, but time and time again I see sponsor’s go beyond the job, and help people out.

    Sounds like another great sponser

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, there is a good solid reason IDA chooses the sponser’s they do.

Dave, I didn’t know that’s where you went for your trailer!

Nick, Al’s has been awarded the Five Star Customer Service rating 4 out of five years. The one year they missed it by one survey not being turned in.

    They Rock!
