Don’t mind him. He can’t catch his own thats why he gets punchy.
You may also want to do a search on line. There are a number of out fits that will build and ship replicas.
BTW… How big was she?

That said…I’ve had over 100 guiding client fish(all species)done by Mike at Fibertech in the Brainerd/Nisswa area. Zero clients have had ANY concerns on appearance and service. Turn around is less than a month most of the time!
Many have been shipped….ALL safely!Replica’s are a great thing….if they turn out right.
Congrats! On the big fish!
February 23, 2007 at 10:02 pm #540865You would be remiss to not take a look at Artistic Anglers out of Duluth. Ask for Matt Yernatich at 218-721-4900 or 800-544-7466.
Nice fish!

I need a new breakfast table!

February 24, 2007 at 1:58 am #540938Congrats on the fish
You’ll never regret getting a rep made, Here is mine.
My wife ordered it behind my back and suprised me for my birthday. The guy did a great job and is know in the area for his great work. Right around 700 bones for a 51 incher.February 24, 2007 at 4:40 am #540990My son-in-law in Hastings is a taxidermist. He does really nice work. Call Josh at 651-303-4169. This is his cell #. I could probably send pictures to you Saturday if you like.
February 24, 2007 at 5:21 am #540999I would mabe look to someone from the area you caught it. Those boys down south are used to fish of that size. I’m not sure if the guys up north would have the right molds. Maybe I’m wrong.
February 24, 2007 at 5:56 am #541005This is straight from fiber tech website “Conventional mounts can be used for reproduction or for restoration, including painting and repairing broken fins. If the fish you have is the size of a mold needed by FiberTech, your replica will be produced for FREE!”
February 24, 2007 at 8:29 pm #541139Great looking Largemouth, Newt…
Congratulations..
Jack..
will send you a PM in a moment…February 24, 2007 at 9:19 pm #541151Mike,
You might be right. Not too many 26 inch bass caught up north. I’m still checking around.
February 24, 2007 at 9:27 pm #541153A free mount would be nice. I’m not sure how bad they need a 26″ bass blank. I sent them an email so I’ll see what they say.
