    The department of revenue has seen fit to allow those of us who paid taxes for a portion of our lives we werent here to get it back. If you were mobilized out of conus, minnesota form 99 will help you recoupe $59 dollars for every month you were in a hostile fire zone. Make sure your tax people are aware of this…….

    Do you know if you would have to be a MN resident when you went overseas??? or does it matter…
