I thrink I tore a tendon in my scrolling finger that was too much too soon. Gotta remember the crawl, walk, run theory to exercise. Gotta go and ice my finger around a cold one now.

If I did it this twice today then I don’t need to “exercise” again tomorrow, right?

Bill, I did a quick weight loss look up for you…and Sliderfishing came through for ya….

Author Laura Ingalls Wilder was born in Walnut Creek, Minnesota, and was
famous for writing the “Little House” series of books, as well as inventing the “Spam Diet” – which consists of looking at a plate of Spam until you lose your appetite. Much like the “Lutefisk Diet”.

    Always trying to help.

Spam is good with toast in a sandwhich. [fried spam that is] I’m in trouble. Haven’t had it in years though.
