I was honored to conduct honor guard for my brother in arms SSGT James Wosika Jr. who recently fell in Fallujah on Jan. 7th 2007. Folding the colors next to my best friend who made the ultimate sacrafice was the toughest duty I have ever done, So those who think they have it hard, think of the troops from the past, present, and future, that continue to fight for American and our way of life. Miss ya Jimmy, Love you bro….

I would agree Taps does it for me as well.

As a person who’s played Taps at more than a few funerals, I can tell you it’s pretty powerful. I just played at my great uncle’s funeral in the fall, and it felt like someone hooked up 240 volts to both legs. The people who have Taps played for them truly do deserve it.
