I would say it was a little bit of both. You could probably have given it to the Oline, they pretty much hammered the Bears front seven in the run game and only gave up one sack and that was late in the game if I recall.

If it had been up to me I would have tabbed Bob Sanders. He is undoubtedly the leader of the defense and it was the Colt defense that took control of the game. Sanders spent a few games on the sidelines this season due to an injury and the Colts did not fair well when he was not playing. When Sanders returned to the starting lineup the team seemed to turn things around. Sanders was credited with 2 solo tackles (one causing a fumble/turnover) and an interception in the Superbowl. Granted these are not what most would consider MVP stats but you also have to take into account that Sanders is the leader of the defense which many believe was responsible for the Colt victory.
There was one player who really was the MVP, that was Rex Grossman. 2 BAD interceptions, a dropped fumble at a crutial moment, and falling on his arse twice in a row turning 2nd and 1 into 4th and 25.
Didnt think it was a very good sperbowl even if the weather was crap.Rhodes gets my vote just because your a MANNING doesnt mean your a MVP agreat QB but not this time.
