Pike

    Just thought i would let you know if any one is into big pike have been catching them on east rush in 7-12 feet of water.Also on west by cigar island.Any where from 30-42″.My biggest was 42″this past weekend.Was using tip ups with shinners.Let them all go.

    My buddy caught a 15 pounder on West Rush last week. He was using crappie gear and had to battle the fish for 30 minutes. The fish looked like a football.

    Glad to hear the pike are going for you. Good thing they put the slot on those fish to keep many of the better sized fish in the lake.

    Yes i do love pike fishing hard to let go but always follow the slots.Besides i already have a 20lb on my wall that one was only 36″long.
