    Take a young’in out fishing. I got to get out last night with this little fisherman (Riley Tuckner) and did we have a blast. The fishing was slow, but the action in the boat was endless. His Dad asked him what he was going to say at daycare tomorrow about not catching a fish? His answer: Well my bobber didn’t sink.
    PS. He is wearing his life perserver under his jacket.

    I am so envious. I can’t wait to take my daughter out. She only 11 months old. What a great picture. That is definitely what fishing is all about. That smile says it all.

    Amen to that!! I have a little boy that’s 14 months old. Even though I hate to see him grow up too soon, I can’t wait to take him fishing. I think there might be enough room in the Alumacraft for a pack and play!! Might as well start him young before he developes any bad habits! I’ll try to attach a picture.

    Million dollar idea…find a buoyant floating carseat that always stays face up. Bring the little guys along and gain an extra rod and limit!

    I have a great time w/ my 3 year old girl on the water. So far, we have only lost 1 rod over the side this year.

    Guys, I just LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Who could’ve ever imagined how much life would be revealed through the eyes of a child? All I know is all the questions disappeared the day I became a father…………and only purpose remained.

    This stuff always warms the soul like a hot cup of cocoa and a fireplace on a blustery winters night. KEEP IT COMING!!! And as always………………thank you for sharing these blessings with the rest of us.

    First thing I thought of when the wife said we where having twins was. Where going to need a bigger boat. My girls are 2 now and will be enjoying the boat with me this summer.

    Fishin’ is rarely about catching fish. Most the time it’s about kids and best friends. Here is two of the best there is.

    You’re right BFD, fishin is about the people you are with. Who is that good lookin kid in that picture, seems like I recognize him. See ya in a couple weeks.

    I have fished with Big B and BFD both in the same boat at the same time …How could you not have a good time !!!

    You two are the Greatest !!

    I hope to do it again some time soon….
