convenience getting out of hand?

    I’ve had this cold since Friday and it’s starting to break finally.

    Haven’t really been hungry, but the Favorite Wife makes sure that I don’t lose my extra 40 lbs in my belly while sick.. bless her..

    Since I like chicken with rice soup…that’s about all I’ve had by request. Tonight she said I needed something differan the chicken with rice…and started nameing off all the differant kinds of beef soups.

    I said I would really prefer chicken with rice…and that started a rant in the kitchen! I was cornfused!

    Turns out that she had made all the chicken with rice soups that were microwave ready and the only chicken soup that was left was the kind in the can…that had to have 1 can of water added.

    Must have been my turn to cook tonight.

    Mom always said ‘nothing better to battle a cold with than a little activity’. So go out and chop some wood for the bait shop, feed and water the sheep, chickens, cow, dog, and then go back to bait shop and count out bait for the next day.
    And MOM was always right ya know!

    Brian I had a whole pot full of homemade (not canned or microwave) chicken noodle last night. My FW wouldn’t eat it. “too many noodles for my low carb diet” I’d have gladly shared with you.

    Why don’t you both be there and we’ll share a whole pan. Well as soon as it gets a little warmer for me. Glad I was on Winnie last weekend rather than this one.
