    Is that the rod you were trying to sell here? Your dog didn’t think it was such a good idea, he wanted to keep it for himself.

    Wasnt the rod I was TRYING to sell….its the rod I did sell, just hadnt gotten it shipped yet! Wish I would have been able to take a picture of him with it in his mouth and those big beagle eyes lookin up at me!

    I guarantee you, my Beagle knows which items in my house cost the most

    I once thought I had misplaced my new $300 cell phone. Until I happened to be outside the next day and heard something ringing in the bushes buried in the mulch

    He sure does make me smile though

    Happens with all dogs and it is hilarious in most respects. The little guy was probably just telling you he wants to spent more time rabbit hunting.

    Now what do you do? Had you not sold it, this would have never happened. I imagine your dog is sitting right next to you reading these posts. He said its about time you talked about him on IDA. It was a mean way of doing it, but he got some publicity.

    I know what your feeling with them eyes…grrrr
    I have a Basset Hound and he has the same temper as the beagle when left alone. I think they are right when they say a dog has no sense of time unless of coarse it is bedtime…My Basset will get back at me for leaving him in the house while taking out the garbage. One way or another even if it is just sitting inside baying like a mad dog. But the worse is when he strecths those little 4 inch legs out and reaches up on the counter and gets ahold of my beg of sunflower seeds…But those eyes you gotta love them..
