I was wondering if the web staff has ever considered putting a recipe section on here. The last few days I’ve seen several good recipes for fish, but they were scattered out in several different threads. This is one GREAT site and I think all the recipes in one forum would only make it better! If it’s even possible to make it better.
Tight lines to everyone, and good luck fishing.

Super idea. I have been looking for a receipe for beer battered fish that includes carnation milk and paparike( spelling ), along with the beer. It was the best I ever had but lost it.

On my end I would contribute a few, including one for Sunfish soup and another for pretzel fish.

Might have the recipe, but mine uses buttermilk. Every thing looks the same on the orignal recipe but I add some extras to it.
    2- cups buttermilk
    3 eggs lighten beaten
Paparika to season. I use dried habanero’s ground up.
    1/2 can of beer.
Combine all ingredients ,dip fish , roll in flour and then fry.
Not my favorite recipe, but a lot of people I fix it for think its great. I dont like batter on my fish. Watch your oil temp with this batter. Too hot and the buttermilk will burn. Don’t know if my ther. is right but if oil get above 300 it burns. The way I normally fix fish I want the oil at 320. Good luck.
