The Wolves fired Casey. (They fired the wrong guy again.) Any way will it really matter? Does anybody except a few corporate guy’s care if the Wolves even play in Minnesota?

I have to say I would rather be forced to watch figure skating then to have to attend a Wolves game. Free tickets, free suite, locker room pass could not get me to Target Center for a basketball game.

Now we know our National game should be Hockey we have the Gopher Mens Hockey team, the Wild, heck even the Womens hockey team. Why, please tell me why the Wolves stay here? Go away! Your game and most of your players stink. I would love to see the moving vans backed up to Target Center, heck it would be three weeks before anybody knew they left.

OK, so I’m bored with the Brunswick thread and I thought I would stir the old Hockey vs Basketball pot a little bit.

I can’t stand the NBA and can’t stand the Wolves!! This is coming from a former Wolves season ticket holder of five years and a guy who in the late 80’s early 90’s thought the NBA was better than college basketball.

Not anymore! You could not pay me to set foot in an NBA arena for a game.

You know why Iowa doesn’t have a professional basketball team?

If we get one, then Minnesota will want one!

how sad is this……A lady at work just brought me a set of tickets for the wolves for April 7th and stated they did not want to go with the way things are going. and I said sure I will take them, but htey might get on the MISC for sale list later.

Our office has acces to a suite for wolves games.

In the office we have 45 or so employees and 100’s of agents in the Metro. We still can’t fill the thing. Pretty sad.

If you look up santo masochist in the dictionary, it is defined as “a Minnesota sports fan, particularly one who is a fan of the Vikings or Timberwolves”

I fit into this catagory, but often wonder why I put myself through all this…
