Minneapolis BOAT SHOW 2007

I just got back from the boat show, just looking this year but I always enjoy looking and dreaming. If your looking for a tiller the Lund 2010 Pro Guide tiller looks like a very nice ride, tons of room and storage. Other tin boats I looked at were G3 (didn’t see tuck) and Alumacraft had allot of boats. If your looking at glass that won’t break the bank the new Ranger 1860 Reatta was impressive and would be my first choice if I were to buy a glass boat. Well worth the time in my opinion.

I’m curious why the beam isn’t wider on this boat. It has a 90″ beam, I figured it would have been 96″. I haven’t seen one, but I’d sure like one. And why not have the 175 HP to put on it.

Myself, Mr. Seelhoff, Steve Bisset–all pushed for the narrower hulls years back–when and if the 2010 concept would come to life. The 2010 Pro Guide by Lund IS rated for the 175hp tiller IF the Mertens Power Steer unit is included.
When we get softer water, feel free to contact me to set up a ride/test drive with the 2010! Either here at Mille Lacs or one of the PWT venues.

Thank you for the offer and the feeback on the reasoning behind this.
January 21, 2007 at 11:49 pm #525708I finally got to see a 2010 Pro Guide in person at the boat show and wow, was I impressed. I’ve never really been a tiller guy, but I could easily see myself in one of these boats, a ton of room and storage, it looks like a great boat to fish out of.
Another boat I was really impressed with was the Skeeter WX 1880. The fit and finish was exceptional on this boat and very roomy.
I was hoping to take a look at a Tuffy out there but didn’t see any at the show.January 22, 2007 at 3:27 am #525765Quote:
