I have recieved numerous PM’s asking if DADDIES LITTLE GIRL has arrived. And yes she has.

First off thanks to all that have been thinking of my family. It’s always nice to know people care and are interested.

After a long night and bit of drama (I’m sure she gets that from her mother. ) Hailee Elizabeth was born on Dec 27 at 906 AM. (2 weeks early.) Coming in at 8#6oz and just over 19 inches she is very healthy. Mom is recovering and should be on her feet soon.

For the next couple weeks I will be posting from home. (As time permits) Once I get back to the office I will get some pics posted of daddies little fishin buddie!

Thanks again and I hope everyone had as great a New Year as I did.

Just wait till your little darling wraps her tiny fingers around one of your fingers. Time stops

what I found that stops time even more, is when you hold her and she actually snuggles into you and keeps on sleeping with some little added snores. just melted me. now at 1yr, she just looks at me with her big brown eyes and a smile and that just stops me. hard to discipline here when she looks like that.

She did that while they were taking measurments. And yes it did. I started BALLING like a little school girl.

Any tips on keeping a little girl away from boys?
My mother always told me my day would come. (It just did.)

    Big time congrats….
Remember that moment..(especially when they are teenagers)they get big before ya know it.
And no….there is NO way to keep’em from the boys… I have 2 (grown) daughters also.
But that is not all bad….my son-in-law is a pretty decent fellow – does’t like to ice fish…but I’m working at it
    Again CONGRATS!!!

Congratulations Chriss. I have two daughters (24 and 27) but I can still remember the day they were born like it was yesterday. Remember one thing “Patience”.

Congrat’s Hope all are doing fine I’ll let you know since my son was born in May I’ve only seen the boat 3 times and haven’t ice fished yet, BUT it’s been worth every second with out water to see the growing . But watch out next year.

Then again we could do alot of smallie fishing together.

Now that I think for a minute. NOPE no BOYS. Especially not older boys.

I like Drakes Idea. Home school! With on line college she could become a DR from her own bed room. I LIKE THAT!

    Congrats on the new addition

From a guy who had his first in August, you are in for some great times, and soem very trying times in the next few months, but it is worth it when that kid snuggles in and takes a nap in your arms

Good luck from my family, and hoping all goes well for your family

    Congrats Chris!

The whole experience is breath taking, isn’t it! One of the most inspirational moments a person can have.

Words can’t explain it, you just gotta have it happen to you!

By the way, in about 15 years, let me know if you need me to send my 1year old boy to watch over your daughter to keep other boys away?

Congratulations Chris and glad to hear everything turned out Ok. Things can definitely change in a hurry during the birth. My little girl is just over 5 weeks old and joy to behold, except for being a poor sleeper. Take lots of pictures and take each day 1 at a time with her.

    Chriss,
Congrats to you and your family!
Little girls are wonderful, mine’s 22 now, they do grow up quick, enjoy every minute now, in about 13 years you’ll want something great to remember.
