Fantasy Football…..

So how many IDA members do it, I am assuming a lot of us spend the time figuring out our teams. What about getting a IDA fantasy football league together? also while you are reading thoughts. of Willie Parker vs. Balt this week or do I start Chester Taylor vs GB?

I think that Taylor is a better start.

I myself am starting Tomlinson… I would second Taylor against GB Def, B4 Parker against Balt D…

Both are good backs but the difference is that Parker actually scores TD’s. I actually think Parker is the safer bet as Pitt will score, even against this D. And if they are inside the 5 it will be Parker.

I think Taylor has more of an upside in that the Packers D against run is not good, and even though he doesn’t have the history yet, Taylor could put up 100+ yards and 1-2 scores.

Take your pick, safe vs. high upside.

Should be fun to watch tonight.

sorry about that. feel kind of dumb about that. Yeah right now I have parker in there, and I am playing against tomlinson so I am hoping that between parker and westbrook they can some how match green and tomlinson. as after that it will be a crap shoot for scoring.

Don’t feel dumb, at least your still playing this week… (I am in 2 other leagues too) Next year, you can get in too I don’t think there is a good 1 on 1 match up for LT, probably right now, Frank Gore is the closest… Good luck to you this weekend. If the Vikes D holds up, Green could be held in check…

that would be great, but depends when the draft is of course. I already run 2 leagues so kind of tight for time, but can always make the time. yeah he also has Favre too. I am hoping parker can do something. everytime I have played matchups this year I get burned on the “easy matchup” and the benched guy goes off. Oh well I guess that is why it is called fantasy football instead of knowing football, because after a bad week you dream (the fantasy part ) back in time thinking you played the right guy. Big G are you heading up to the GTG? if so would like to introduce myself there.

We did not have a Live draft this year it was auto which I personally do not like. I would like to try a live or semi live draft next year if it works out.

I am still pretty sure we will be there, but we will be out of Fisherman’s warf, which is going to be about a mile away from the sounds of it. BUt at least we will be there I guess. SOunds like we will be getting up there about noon, but now I need to see if I have any buddy’s who owe me a favor and can let me borrow the sled or wheeler they have. I will try to remember house 10. is it OK to stop by? guess I better ask then just assume.

we autodrafted too…. I guess I cant complain too much about who the autodraft picked.. I got several guys I would have picked myself…..

the rest of the guys I had to scrounge of the junk pile.. the auto picked a Warner for my QB!.. I dont even remember who for my TE… my kicker was barely ok…. lucky 4 me.. I had good RBs though.. thats something thats hard to pick up during the year… there is always one or two.. but not much more…. and I was towards the top of the stack most of the year so last in line for pickups (as it should be)…. I prefer live drafts as well. but I was in alaska when the draft was held.. so Im not shedding any tears.. its the ONLY thing that would ahve worked for me…

Broncos, I was just kidding about shack #10, that was the “PARTY” shack last year. We had live wrestling and everything…. If you head out to the cluster of Hunters Shacks, one will be louder than the others. More than likely, that is where I will be….

I did not know you were Raven’s Rule. You killed me twice this year averaging about 115 points a game against me. Take it a little easy this weekend will ya.

ok I will try to find you if we do make it. I have some questions out to Briank in regards to the warf and some house distances, so once I get that back we will see the results are good. or bad . on if I will be there.

Ya, I’m in that stuff. It rages me out sometimes, but I’ve had a pretty good year, actually. Out of 4 teams, all 4 made the playoffs. I’m in the Champ game with two teams, and still have a few games to go another league, so we’ll see how far I get. Think I’m gonna start Brandon Jacobs and Maurice Drew over Warrick Dunn. Hopefully that’ll get me somewhere.
