    A great friend of mine for years and a friend to coppertop and walleyewarrior has been sick for about the past 3 weeks..went to the Docs office several times and said he had the flu…finally after having “enough” he went to the hospital last week…a short time later they told him he has Leukemia and cannot leave the hospital…His name is Bryce Barrett.. Hes an avid fisherman,hunter and an all around great guy..hes 34 years old and way too young to have this disease. HANG IN THERE BUDDY YOULL MAKE IT THROUGH THIS….Jay

    He is in my prayers. Hes way to young for this. Please tell him to stay close to the Lord as thats where strength and healing comes from.

    Thanks for the post Jay! I just returned from a visit with him, delivering lounging clothes, movies and some snack goodies this afternoon. His spirits are high and I believe its going to take more than this to topple the “BEAR”. It just goes to goes to show no matter how well we take care of ourselves, illnesses like this can hit anyone. Bryce has always been very health conscious and goes to the gym 5-6 days a week for as long as I can remember. Prayers sent daily.
