Shore casting Oneida Lake report from central New York..
Here’s my report… Pig after pig after mother loving pig. I banged close to 15 fish in a 2 hour stretch. I was literally laying in walleyes. Thanks to Frank for the call We jumped in the cars and made the run… North Shore, Hendo, Roque Kid and CNY Outdoorsman and what can I say the pictures tell it all we all got our limits in under two hours. Franky was right on with the Frenzy. My first two casts with it I nailed a couple of 20″s with the black and silver before I lost it and caught a dandy 24″ with the fire tiger frenzy but North Shore had the big fish on a challenger minnow naturally it was a nice deep 25″ with a solid 6″ side measurement. A great night to be out with the gang and we missed you Big Johnny and the rest of you guys. What a ball! Thanks to frank again for holding the point till we got there. You may not be getting a deer this season but you have walleye tenacity Thanks brother!

Me laying down in front of a few with the 24″ I caught taped out.

    A nice pile…

Hendo, CNY Tim and North Shore – Having fun at the bar

NorthShore with a very plump 25″. Way to Greg!

Those fish sure are chunky! With those, I might rather be fishing soft water in your situation too! unless of course, you could catch those footballs on ice! That would be the best of both worlds! Nice job

Thanks guys it was just one of those nights last night. There’s something about Power Pro/Fireline and a plug rip hit that electrifies every muscle in your right arm. Miss a fish, no problem wait twitch twitch and Hold On!

It was like 42 degreees last night with a south east wind at 10 mph. That’s the key with this area gotta have the walleye chop

Well the no ice theme plays on..

Went out on Oneida with Team Marine Steve Greving in his Lund and had a decent day for fishing some serious wind and whitecaps. We boated 13 eyes with Steve’s 22″ being the biggest of the lot. We did better casting challengers late around the bar area which coincidentally Tuzzy was fishing in the preachers box and had a couple of keepers before the sun went down. It was nice to see Tuzzy cashing in. We took most of the fish during the day on BFishN 5″ K Grubs in bleeding shiner and 3/16 oz. heads and Steve planer boarded a couple keeepers on an HJ 10 blue/chrome husky jerk. We picked up 4 fish working the rock pile and that’s where Steve caught the 22″. We finished up over by the bar and picked up 7 more before the wind completely died. On the way over from the rock pile yours truly slipped on the trolling motor foot cable and fell flat on my arse and snapped my favorite hot rod express rod, mad classic move on my part as usual crazy
Any how here’s the pics and it was great finally meeting Steve…

Steve really liked the gold challenger junior…
