My pleasure. Given how fast the USPS is with First Class mail I would bet you’ll have those in hand by tomorrow.

Got my dvd in the mail yesterday. All I can say is WOW! I’ve never seen anything like it. Absolutely the most entertaining and imformative fishing related dvd I have ever seen. Just finished 3rd viewing. A special thanks to James, Rob, Tuck and the entire crew for an unbelievable job of producing this outstanding dvd. All those other guys who produce fishing education materials had better be looking over their shoulders. James Holst and friends are comin’ to kick your butts!!

Ok, now for my computer dimwit question? I’ve tried to access the web link portion of the dvd, and can’t get it to work. I’ve tried following the instructions that came with the dvd, and my browser (aol) can’t find the web link. I’ve also tried to access it from the dvd by selecting the web link from the menu on the dvd and all it does is kick over to the play movie button. I’m using a windows pc. Anybody have a clue about what I’m doing wrong?

    James,
Got home from work about midnight this last Thursday.
and in the mail was my Autographed copy of your DVD, Delivered right on time as promised.
Well, thanks for you, I got very little sleep that night, JUST had to get a cold one from the frig, popped it in, Got the Blooper Page figured out, and stayed up past 3am watching the whole thing.
I was very happy with the content, and clearity of your new DVD. Very nicely done, you better run off another 100,000 copies.
Anyone who is serious about Mille Lacs, OR any lake with quality Walleyes, this Video is a MUST HAVE….
It covers the little things that you JUST NEED TO KNOW to have a successful night on the water.
It was filmed on Mille Lacs, MN, BUT the INFO will work on any lake that has quality fish.
If you can’t get someone to get IT for you for Christmas, BUY IT FOR YOURSELF, I DID….
    thanks again, James..
    You be ROCKIN’ NOW..
    Jack..

I run a Mac and after enabling the “web links” in the IDVD’s “Preference” window, it works like a charm.

A pc user will need to either download the installer…or the easiest way is to open your browser and type in

BrianK, when I type (http://www.dvd1.in-depthangling.com) it takes me right back to this current Viewing forum: Night Fishing for Fall Walleyes.

When I try to download the installer file to access the Web Link portion on the dvd by typing (http://in-depthangling.com/dvd/dvdccess.exe) into my browser, I get ERROR 404 with the message: The file you are looking for could not be found in this location. Please join us in the forums for further assistance. Thank you!

I guess my question is, am I mistakingly looking for another web link when actually this is IT? If so, then as Homer Simpson would put it, “Dohhh”!

    Thanks,

This forum is the intended destination if you use that link. We set this forum aside as a place for people to ask question about the material we covered or leave comments. If that link on the DVD doesn’t work for you and you’ve already browsed to this forum you’re not missing out on anything!

If anyone has questions about the DVD or comments on how it might be improved… we’d LOVE to hear what you have to say.

And for those that bought the DVD pre-release…. did you figure out how to access the hidden blooper reel? Watching Rob try to set himself on fire is priceless.

I have visions of a Gamehide advertising spot demonstrating the actual toughness of their products. Seeing as how comedy is such a useful commercial technique, Ripper could be on the verge of a lucrative new career! I’ve seen it several times, and it’s still funny.

Oh ya, thanks for the help on my question.

Funny thing is, it did no apparent damage to the garment. I’m thinking Fire Fighters might have a new lighter Fire Fighting Suit.

Picked mine up at Hooked On Fishing in Rochester. LOTS of great information to help you put big fish in the boat just like Steve caught [pictured above] with James while fishing at night.
    Thanks, Bill
