FYI this fish was not measured on a certified scale.

Reefrunners digital came in at 6.1 and the digital at Everts Resort 6.96.

Hey Tuck, what would this sauger weigh on a Von Hanson scale?

That is AWESOME! I thought someone might break the record with all the SUMO Saugers that have been brought in to Everts Resort this season. It was just a matter of time and I am so pleased that it was an IDA angler that go it! Great job Greg and family! And nice job on the release. A replica will look better and last forever!

B-Fish-N be ready for a ton of buisiness if reported that they caught it on a ringworm or paddletail! He reported Pro blue was a hot color yesterday. Hope Mike caught it on one of those.

Did they get it weighed on an “official” scale? If not will either state reckonize this as being a record? Either way this is one heck of a fish and he should be proud of it. Glad to see that it was released also!!!!

no matter if it end up being certified or not, she is one prime sized sauger. I hope the scale at Dean’s get certified at the correct weight, or very close anyway.

Just a few more confirmed tid bits of info…

Mike aka Walleye Boy of IDA will be getting a new avatar real soon!

I spoke with Hawger and his clicker had 127 fish in the boat today!

Most…or should I say MANY are reporting limits from the crowded fish cleaning house at Evert’s.

And lastly, I have Walleye Boys autograph!!! (won’t be found on Ebay!)

Full story to follow as Greg (Reef Runner), is on his way home now.
