Just wondering if any of you would like to share some photos of your mounted wood duck. I am trying to find an idea for a mount of a wood duck to hang on my wall. I have one that I would like to get mounted flying, but with the back visable. Just looking for any ideas. Thanks.
I have a floor mount that I have been working on for a while. Has about a 2″ thick oblong tree slab cut flat for a base, has alot of driftwood screwed together to make a mass looking like a log pile. Stands about 4′ tall and about 4′ wide. I have a mixture of drake and hen woodies on it in various body positions. I have to add the grass and cattails coming up from the base yet and add some more woodies. I have 4 mounted on it already.

Baldwin-sounds like you have a nice display in the works, make sure you put up a picture when finished.

That is a unique mount. Very nice. It’s so hard to decide how to get a mount done, knowing you’ll have it for such a long time.
