Seasoned bird shot. I had this idea at a game farm three years ago, and I think I must have mentioned it in front of this guy:

Let the record show “I’m going to invent a seasoned slug for deer”. What flavors do you guys want it to come in?

    Man, that is really strange.
I have to say though it is quit an invention.

Yep that will work. As long as you do not mind eating the bone chips and the feathers that get pounded into your bird as the seasoned shot penetrates the bird.

That quite possibly may be the single dumbest thing I have ever heard of. You think crips are a problem now, what til you are launching peppercorns at birds, I can’t wait to see the pellets bouce of parchment paper at twenty yards.

If it works, it’s a pretty neat idea!

Yes, Farmboy, how can this idea be applied to fishing, I like the way you think.

First guy catches the fish, 2nd guy shoots the fish with seasoning (hopefully not knocking it off your line) when it jumps out of the water……..OR……..2nd guy pops it as it gets close to the boat. Hmmmmm……lots of kinks to work out, but with support like Dan and Tim’s I know we are onto something.

Ya know I think they’re on to something here, my dream could come true yet, skeet carping with the asian jumping carp, get me a hickory smoke flavor, you be able to pop a flying carp and smoke it instanly.
