wow does that look fun , and i thought i was having all the fun yanking crappies on red lake through the ice with many walleyes in the mix , not a whole lot of open water to play in up this way

They are fishing pool 4 at Red Wing Mn. on the Mississippi River. Fish like to stack up below the Dam area and makes for fun fishing. Everts Resorts ramps on the Wisconsin side are usually open year round. Above the dam a few miles is a power plant that discharges warm water that keeps the river open there. Bill

Steve Vick and I snuck out tonight for almost two hours…. got to a point where I caught 6 walleyes on 6 casts with a super doo and Steve was knocking ’em good on hair jigs…. no bait. Cabin fever has not been cured for this guy…. but it’s been put off a bit longer.
