T.O. Attemped Suicide

Unbelievable, T.O. of the Dallas Cowboys tried to kill himself.

T.O. Story

This guy is a daily soap opera, this is just plain unbeleivable!
There goes one of my fantasy teams

You know, this is just plain terrible. No matter how much of a jerk this guy is, I hate to see anyone feel this is their only option.

I 2nd that…he may be a head case on and off the field and an amazing athlete when he plays but love him or hate him you can not be happy to see somthing like this go down….

I don’t like the guy, but I would never wish anything like this on him or find any humor or happiness in this story. In fact, it kinda makes a person wonder if all his shenanigans on and off the field weren’t really a cry for some help. Depression and mental illnesses will make you do strange things for attention or help at times. No doubt about it, he is a very talented football player and I pray for his sake and his families that he finds the help he needs.

TO is out of the hospital and says it wasn’t a suicide attempt…

It’s good he is saying it wasn’t a suicide attempt. So, can the league now bust T.O. with the substance abuse policy?

Of course he would say it wasn’t a suicide attempt… He didn’t get the job done and doesn’t want anyone blaming him for “dropping the ball” on that one too!!!

It shouldn’t suprise me that people really believe he tried to kill himself with pain killers….

but it does…..

Not a suicide attempt?? You don’t accidentally take to many pills, tell the authorities you were trying to harm yourself and have it not be a suicide attempt… I won’t get all sensitive on you guys and tell you how it’s a terrible situation and even though I don’t like him I don’t wish it upon anyone…COME ON T.O., there are much more efficient ways to get it done…

I just wish they would take this guy out of the spot light. I could care less about this ego maniac and he isn’t worth my time or prayers. This is just another story where my son will say “What’s happening with TO?” And I will say “who cares…..just don’t be like him.”

With that said I will say that T.O. is the Dennis Rodman of this decade. Pretty soon we will only remember T.O. as a butt of many jokes, not a great or even good football player.
When you think of Rodman you do not think of someone who was a great rebounded, only as the moron with the White Wedding dress!
T.O. is not far behind. Soon he will be on the Ser-real Life on VH1!

I hate this guy to no end. The minute I heard it, that’s the first thing I thought was that it was a suicide attempt. Who knows if that’s what it really was, but I can tell you that it was a successful spotlight-grabbing publicity (he doesn’t care if it’s negative or positive as long as people are looking at him) attempt.

Pier, Sorry but I’m sensing you think we are idiots for thinking the report is true? Please tell me more if you can, less cryptic if possible. I’m not a Dr, but have played one after staying in a Holiday Inn Express. Can’t you commit suicide with pain killers??

Is it not also interesting that his publicist was with him? And his agent was there by the time he left the hospital. Not sure where his agent lives, but hmmmmmmmm…

Yes I think it’s funny that you guys think TO tried to kill himself.

If he would have taken 35 pills they would have pumped his stomach and by Law he would have been held in the hospital.

I guess we just disagree on this one.

Yes I found it funny aswell tht he was released so early. After hearing he was out so quick my thoughts were that he was up to something. Hope I am wrong because that would be worse than trying to actually kill himself!

It’s bogus! I found it bogus from the first moment I heard it last night at midnight.

First off, Drew Rosenhaus (TO’s agent) has enough money he can be by anyone’s side in the world within hours!

Second- I think TO is a pain killer junkie and was down to his last two when his friend interviened! What? That’s only 5 pills a day (40 pills/ 8 days..sept 18). Most addicts take more than that.

I think this is just another way for him to get into the spotlight since he isn’t lighting up the world with touchdowns. Who knows…it wouldn’t surprise me if it was Drew Rosenhaus’ idea…

Well, after watching the press conf. and seeing what kind of shape he’s in, doesn’t look like he ate 35 pills. Who’s telling the truth? The cops, publisist, T.O.?? The publisist didn’t sound real truthfull, not sure if the cops would have put words in her mouth? Seems she’s backpeddling. I don’t care for TO and it doesn’t matter to me if he’s around or not. Seems it’s another case of a full of themselves athlete in the news, reporters stretching the truth and publisists backstepping on there words. Alergic reaction? suicide attempt? publicity stunt? One thing is ABSOLUTE certain…NONE of us know the entire story.

T.O. is nucking futs it wouldn’t suprise me if he acctually did this, he can’t stand to be out of the spot light for more then a month, i haven’t seen him play this year but after taking a year off basically there is no way he can be “the best” he does alot of talking and acting but i have never seen him do anything…

Texas has no laws against committing suicide – so there is no legal basis to keep anyone in the hospital against their will. Publicity stunt? What could it possibly accomplish? Suicide attempt? You bet it was!

So the police and paramedic’s are lying? I smell a huge cover up. I think ole Kim is kicking and screaming for her job right now. And the first report on the Dallas Star website they did say they induced vomiting. Pretty much the same thing as pumping your stomach.

I didn’t watch everything about it (would rather drive an ice pick thru my skull than watch all that garbage!), but ya, where WAS his ‘agent’ anyway?? We needed someone sitting there going “NEXT QUESTION!”!

I don’t think the police were lying I believe TO told them just what they are saying he said…….but trust me If I give you two vikes or oxys plus a couple cocktails you’ll tell me some things that aren’t true or don’t make any sense…… I think it was a large amount of pills mixed with Alcohol that caused the problem……I don’t buy the supplement theory at all.

Not having a suicide law in Texas has zero to do with a doctor ordering a mental health evaluation to someone who is threat to himself……

Maybe he did have a preconcieved notion to KILL himself I just don’t buy it……
