I would like to say “Congrats” and ”Thanks” to everyone who has volunteered their time and talents to help ARM go forward. You are not only helping children enjoy fishing but are sharing your love for a great sport with other people who don’t have the opportunities to learn about and go fishing like we do. You are also helping to protect the future of fishing. My ”Thanks and Respect” go out to each and everyone of you for your great and unselfish role you will play in other peoples lives and hearts. Thank You

James posted my ARM donation of a Mankato Tent & Awning E-Z Set 8×8 ice house. It is under Gear in the EFN Classifieds.

The person I was holding it for did not come to look at it.

It is still available. The $200.00 I am asking is to go to ARM for a donation. This easy is a $600.00 value. It is a Mankato Tent and Awning 8 X 8 ice canvas portable ice house… in great shape… folds to 4′ x 8′ , full plastic floor, indoor-outdoor brown carpet inside, two plastic windows (with flaps over the windows… this is a “dark house” and has real black canvas so it is dark inside on the brigest days), two zippered doors, two wind bars, four holes (with covers to lock over the holes). This model “Easy-Set” sets up in about two minutes. Nice big house!

Thanks Dave, James and the rest of the Board Members for the confidence in me and for the opportunity to serve ARM and the Board. There is alot EFNers, FTR members, FTL Members, Visitors and new people to the sites can do to change children’s lives by introducing them to fishing, by being positive role models and showing them the love and fun they can experience from fishing. Helping ARM is an opportunity and a respondsibility every fisherman can be involved in to change lives and promote our great sport. There are alot of roles/helpers needed and I ask that you would please contact Dave Hoggard if you would be willing to “make the difference in a child life”. Thanks, Bill

ARM Committee Chairperson meeting…. 1:30 pm on January 18, 2003

Thanks to the ARM Board of directors for your help in getting this work of voiting in chair persons to committees done, so fast. ARM is to hold it’s first ARM Committee Chairperson meeting meeting January 18. We will meet at Mike Little’s business location… Team Mates Inc. which is in Mpls. Meeting time is at 1:00pm and will go to 6:30pm.

It will be good to have you Chairpersons to be there. Let me know if you can not attend. I will send you an audio tape of the mmeting.
    Team Mates Inc. directions…
From Owatonna, take Interstate 35 N. to Mpls. (do not take the “y” to St. Paul)
Take Cliff Road exit and head East.
Team Mates Inc.is at 1800 E. Cliff Road Suite # 11 (it is in the rear of the one of the big business building industrial complexes – building is on North side of street)
    Office phone # is 952-890-6620

I would like each committee chairperson to attend and to write up any ideas they may have for discussion… and list any questions about your position. I would like a “round robin” discussion on what each committe will do and how to opperate and set guidelines. Each of us can add our thoughts. Many committes will have direct relations with other committes and communications for those links will be established at this meeting.

Thanks for your help and interest. I look forward to our visit and meeting.

Mike Little, can you provide directions from Interstate 94?

Thank you Kerry Harvey for you donation to ARM. Your support and help is appreciated.
If these donations keep happening ARM will soon have it’s own website . The ARM site will include a link to BB/BS and information for those interested in being a big brother or big sister. Also there will be ARM tournament information and a schedule of events. The site will have a list of contributing members and a roster with bio’s & pictures of tournament pledge contributors. ARM may post some of the letters written under the “Little / Pro Mail” pen-pal program with littles and their fishing pro pals. Events may be filmed and digitally mastered to present on the site also…. great plans are “in the works” for the site. Corporate sponsors will be listed there also.
I am excited to have all these things and more happen for ARM and BB/BS. Thanks Kerry for doing your part to make this happen fro ARM and for the kids.
Kids are fishing’s future… teach them how & teach them now.
