Does anyone know if the e-coli has been cleaned, or whatever happens when a lake is contaminated with e-coli?

FB, where did you hear that there was e-coli in Eau Galle. I live just a few miles from it and I’ve heard nothing. It has always gotten a real strong growth of algea as the summer progresses. This would be good info.

I think he is talking about Lake George in Spring Valley? Although I didn’t hear any problems there either.

I think Lake George is the name of the lake located in the Eau Galle Recreation area, in Spring Valley. The wife and I spend aLOT of time fishing that lake, and when we went out there about a month ago, there were signs posted on the Pay box. Haven’t been back since, but am really itching (Not from the e-coli.) to get back out there. I tried calling out there, but had to leave a message that will never be returned.
