Just for those of you who thought the 620 Ranger Fisherman wasn’t quite big enough, there is now a 621 in the state. It is currently at the State Fair in Frankies booth on Machinery Hill. Full walkthrough windshield, 225 Yamaha 4-stroke, and tons of room. Antone want to square dance? No price tag on it, but I’m sure it won’t be in my garage anytime soon.

I can see this tiller rig in Hooks garage real soon, probably have one on order right now right?

621 is 17inches longer than the 620 and can handle upto a 250hp right now.
A guy can always use a little more room right?
Anyone heard any speeds the 250hp 4 stroke Yammie has been kicking out with this boat?

I don’t even want to know the price tag on this beast!

    Steve / Tim –

From a different message board – ‘With the 250 XB it will run around 58-60 GPS medium load’ – this is from a rep from Ranger. The 250XB is Mercury’s 250 HP EFI V-6. A 621 and with the Yamaha 225 4 stroke, actual Ranger tested speeds with a light load was 54 mph GPS.

A definite plus with the 250 EFI!

I would have to build my garage bigger to handle this vessle…
