Fixing a Minnkota TM

Where’s the best place to get a Minnkota trolling motor fixed in the Clinton/Quad Cities,Iowa area? My TM, which was once a variable speed not too long ago, only operates at wide open now?

Bah! call minnkota get the part fix it yourself, quick easy fix, all you have to do is take a couple screws out, unplug a couple color coded wires, and reinstall, really easy you can do this yourself.

I second fixing yourself. It has saved me a ton of cash. I have fix three this year.

Crogaerts in Rock Island is an authorized repair center- if they have the part it might take an hour, if not a few days. Also Nicks rod and reel repair on west locust is a repair center.

croegerts great outdoors in rock island ill is a minn kota service center 309 788-4868 4002 11th st if you call mon thru fri 7-4 ask for john tell him your problem he will give a idea how much you are looking at. this might give something to compare anyway .they cant be all bad they have about a 6 ft long ida banner hanging on the front of there building
