Am I missing an area/forum that contains more Musky talk or info. This website rocks and I cannot believe that there are not more Ski hunters visiting it?

Funny… I called Vick 3 days ago and asked him when we could come back up… to feed those St. Louis River ‘skis a bass or two.

I haven’t heard anything from him, yet. I think he might be off on his canada trip.

And before anyone gets too bent, we don’t feed them bass on purpose. They just have a very bad habit of grabbing any sub-legals hooked and trying to make a snack out of them.

No, we don’t feed them Bass on purpose. We save the Walleyes for that.

    Of course, I’m kidding.

Evolution of a fisherman- (Fresh Water)

The start- Bobbers and Panfish (Need action)
The first step – Bass and Pike (More work but still exciting)
Next jump- Walleyes and Cats ( requires work and effort but rewarding)
The final frontier- Muskies. (Only the most hardcore and hardworking individuals make it this far on their fishing journey. Not all can make this jump but do not worry, the hunters of Esox do not look down on our fishing brothers.)

Over the next week there’s going to be a MASSIVE release for IDA consisting of a new look, many new features, and the introduction of a customizable site function that will allow people to further select what info they see and where. Adding species specific forums is all part of the “grand plan.”

    Stay tuned.

Here’s a muskie forum: Mille Lacs Muskie Forum Why doesn’t anyone use it? Seems like the Mississippi River Bass and Walleye forums are pretty active, so if there’s the interest why not Mille Lacs muskies? Or the Leech or Vermillion forums? Or Metro? Start talking!
