Evert’s Resort has been a popular hide a way for celebraties in the fishing world for a number of years now.

Once in a while a famous person will leave something behind that’s a collectors item…or will be a collectors item within the near future as the owner becomes more and more famous.

Today we have for sale two collectors items:

Jon Jordan’s personal electric fish cleaning knife…including sheephead scales! A steal at $350. Dated and autographed…$500. This one won’t be around long!

Second on the list is MikeW’s personal landing net…comes complete with catfish slime from this years ARM event.

$250.00 …With personal guide trip with MikeW IN PERSON teaching you the basics of how to catch mud cats on jointed shad raps…$650.00.

One other item just in! A pair of sunglasses from cabin #3. We aren’t sure who’s they are…but just coming from cabin #3 makes them worthy of the Smithonian. To the highest bidder…or who can describe them to me.

    Possible collectors item coming soon:

Actual spark plugs from the personal boat of James Holst.
(just need to find a spark plug wrench)

    PM’s only please.

There should also be a torn piece of grocery bag with all the hot spots written on it. Possibly in # 5. That should fetch atleast $500

    Brian,
If you could get Randy’s post-tourney Mason jar I’ll bet that’d fetch a pretty penny……… It’s obviously infused with good luck!

    Hey Brian!

What is the going price, if you can snag a GPS map chip from one of the guide boats?

Gary, you just bring along a chip and we’ll download all the way points. Really don’t need his Naviaonic chip.

    No Charge…what are friends for??

I’m suggesting an in-patient mental health evaluation or maybe a trip to holywood to apply for a sitcom script writer posistion.

Go ahead and hold onto that net brian. You can see its a little worn out. The net is torn and repaired with a steel leader where a big cat went threw it and the handle is bent front netting lunker small mouth. Next net I get will be for walleyes.

I agree Mike. A net worthy of the noble walleye! Come to think of it, I need a new billy club for knocking the bass and cats off my line.

Oh, come on! It is a joke!

“No bass or cats were actually harmed in the making or telling of this joke.”
