I posted this earlier but I can’t find it so I apologize if this is a double.

No not looking for you to stand up. I’m wondering if you ever use bigger baits in search of bigger walleyes? I have slopped into a few Walleye this past year using a 8″ suspending jerkbait that is worked very slowly in the walk the dog fashion. I’ve also seen a 30″+ Walleye boated by a guy fishing with a Magnum Bull Dawg (Rubber 10″+ bait w/tail) Do any of you use a something like this?

I caught my largest walleye to date while muskie fishing on Leech Lake. I believe that if you are targeting large fish you should use large bait.

You muskie guys need to catch a “wet rag” once in awhile so you get a chance to wipe that smelly slime off your hands.LOL.I cuaght my biggest slimeskie on a Chubby Darter while fishing for eyes.I think these fish get confused on the lunch menu some days.Brett
