A while back there was a post of a bass boat that launched into a tree. I did some searching and can not find that post. I am looking for a picture of a fishing boat in a tree or stuck on land as a practical joke. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the photos on a CD somewhere. It’ll take some time to find them.

That’s GOT to hurt. Any story behind what happened. So we won’t do the same thing.

That happened to a guy i know. He was in a hurry to get home and didn’t tie his boat down while pulling it down the highway he heard a noise, looked in his rear view mirror and his boat was clearing the fenceline along side the highway motor and all. The farmer told him he could enter his field with the trailer to get it.

Didn’t this happen up in the South Gibbs Chute? (just off to the left) There is a sharp 90 degree turn in this Chute that’s about 2 boat lengths wide. If you try to run this at full speed i’m pretty sure this is what will happen to you.

I’m not 100% on this being the location…

Ya Slop is right. It was my old neighbor. He was going too fast, hit a stump and went flying. He had two others in the boat, and I think the results were a few broken bones, for his passengers. One nice thing, he got a new Ranger out of the deal
