Fished the Chain out of Richmond Saturday Morning in a steady to heavy rain, spent most of the time cast cranks from under hwy 22 bridge. Landed 2 nice eyes, one 19 and one 17, both where in around 6 ft of water. They hit seconds into the retrieve, don’t think the crank could have dove more than a foot or so. Tried to outlast the rain but that didn’t happen, it did quit though as soon as the boat was landed and I got into the truck to head home. That’s the way it always seems to work out. I will be trying again later this week,
so look for more rain then.
