You know what, who cares about fault. No one knows except your friend and the other driver. The bottom line is your dad should be grateful you are safe and no one got hurt. And I don’t even know you, but thank God you are OK, because I have seen too many kids die in auto accidents.

That is very possible. You know the apples don’t fall very far from the tree.

Glad your ok and its not your fault Niki. I don’t know how old you are and i don’t know if i can stress it enough but take all the older peoples advice here and drive defensive. Theres plenty of morons on the road that don’t think at all. Sounds like thats an intersection for a green arrow, there at every busy intersection here and it sure helps.

She’s 25…sometimes going on 30…other times going on 12 Mossy.

Update…police report in….Other driver issued citition for failure to yeild…

The insurance company isn’t going to total the car…now IF he has insurance…and I think he will, she’ll get her deductable 100% back.

If you think you have seen some bad drivers out there, just try driving an emergency vehicle in traffic. Something happens to drivers when they see the flashing lights. I have had people pull over to the side in the middle of an intersection even though that’s where I was signaling I was going. Better yet…driving on interstate with a cardiac patient in the back doing 80MPH and being PASSED on the RIGHT !!!! There’s times I wish I had just one moron seeking missle tied on the rig.

Doing 80 and getting passed on the right, your kidding but i know your not. I had to take my son to work the other day because his car broke down and on the way back it was a divided highway and i was doing 70, there were people going around me like i was standing still, they had to be doing 90 atleast and i thought houston tex. traffic was bad. Next you’ll probabaly see hitch hikers trying to thumb a ride on your ambulance when the lights are on, screaming through traffic and geting pissed when you don’t stop for them, some people are totally braindead. Man!!!

First off, glad you are ok.

Secondly, I am glad I am not the only relative who had to sign up to this website to keep track of their old fart fathers.
