Isn’t it ironic that on Monday Mexican Americans all across our country held a boycott to protest our possibly changing our immigration laws which might send illegal immigrants back to Mexico, and today (Friday) they celebrate Cinco de Mayo which is a celebration of when they (the Mexicans) ran the French out of their country years ago!

anyway you look at it they had a three day work week–that bites! I am taking Monday off for National German/Irish/Bohemien day! Anybody wanna join me on the water! LOL

You guys should move here to Illinois, we have State Holidays to pacify all the whiners.
I wpuld have settled for Veterans Day off but no place that I worked ever gave us that holiday except for when I was in the service.
When you think about it, Vets day is about it, aside from Xmas. To honor the folks we owe so much to.
