Buckshot and I signed a purchase agreement on a house a couple of weeks ago. We’re scheduled to close May 31st, but won’t move in until fall, as the seller’s are building, and will be renting back from us until their new house is done. I think I speak for both of us when I say we’re excited, and both really like the house… it has all we were looking for and some we didn’t know we could have.

    Here are some pics….

I by no means mean to be nosy but I’m in the same position as you, looking to buy a house with a buddy. I’m just curious what you paid for it. If your not comfortable sharing it with me its not a big deal, and dont worry about it. Again dont be mad with me asking for what its worth, it just looks nice and I’m wondering what we could get something similar for. Thanks

The house is in Norwood-Young America, it is west on 212 from Chaska.
It is a little ways out but most days when Heidi was still living out that way she could get to Norwood faster than Plymouth from Bloomington because 100, 169 and 494 all s*ck trying to go north in the afternoons.
We are really excited about it!!!

Oh yeah….Chappy..sorry man but there is a no thong rule….for the guys only.

If the boat fits, Buy it! Oh yeah, you can test lures in the pool or have a casting contest when all the IDA guys show up.

The first thing you are going to have to do is take out that front door and expand the garage you need at least 3 stalls at a minimum.

Contgrats to the both of you!

Hmmm….hadn’t even pondered the casting contest. I was contemplating weaving cattails in to the fence and throwing out decoys though.

Actually…since we are on the edge of town I am hoping to do that in the field behind the house. The one day we were there looking at it…there were mallards swingin around over the field out back. I am thinkin field decs and lay out blinds.

A little bar-b-que and beer bash sounds like it might just be a REALLY good idea.
