They just lurk because of all the GPS coordinates posted here.

You have to run a snap swivel in front of the popper though.

And don’t forget the pork rind. A #11 chunk on the treble hook really improves the topwater action of those lures.

Snappers on Pool 2…….great, I love turtle soup. You catch them on poppers, with a swivel….OK, then…I will be out there tomorrow…WOW!!!!!!! I can taste the soup now..

If for some reason you are having a problem getting registered or have a question, you can make a post without being registered here >>> IDA Q&A

But I had a guy send me a note saying he lurks all day at work and posts when he gets home. Just doesn’t want to be logged on at work and I can understand that.

I am on here atleast 6 times a day. I always log in from wherever I am so I can tell which posts I have read. Like others have said, I am sure a good chunk of the lurkers are fishing the river this weekend. Kudos to them for doing some homework.

Alright I signed up…whats my prize?!?! Just kiddin the prize is that I get all of the helpful information from this site. I just wish I lived up on Mille Lacs or some of those lakes. I live around the IGL (Iowa Great Lakes) and I envy you guys that can go out and catch those big fish. I have put in quite a few years of walleye fishing and haven’t even cracked the 20″ mark. All of the 20″s I have caught have been from a small river…don’t think the lakes have them
