Pro Tec powder paint is what I use. A heat gun to warm the jig, NOT to hot or the jig will melt off the hook, and then as fast as you can dip in the paint. Tap on the side to get any excess powder off. Wait a few seconds then cool in a small glass of water.
Stir the powder paint to make it airy and fluffy.
When you get fast and good enough you will not even clog the eye of the jig.
If you want to add eyes on the jig get some Qtips and cut in half, than dip the shaft in to regular jig paint. If you want just white eyes than you can just get a bottle of white out and press on the jigs.
