    This alligator was found between Orlando and Titusville, Florida near a house. How would you like to meet this fella in the dark? Never let it be said that we don’t grow them big in Florida.

    Game wardens were forced to shoot the alligator- guess he wouldn’t cooperate…

    Their neighbors had been telling them that they had seen a mammoth alligator in the waterway that runs behind their house, but they dismissed the stories as exaggerations.

    “I didn’t believe it,” Charles Rogers said. Friday they realized the stories were, if anything, understated. Florida Parks and Wildlife game wardens had to shoot the beast. Joe Goff, 6’5″ tall, a game warden with the Florida Parks and Wildlife Department, walks past a 23-foot, 1-inch alligator that he shot and killed in their back yard.

    Thought you had a good looking fish. Woman that is But that’s ok because I sure did not expect to see that size gator. Holy Hanna Wow. Could have been a bad day for someone had they not caugh t that beast.

    While it is a “hoax story” the gator length of 13’1″ is true, and that it was shot by Joe Goff is also true..

    yeah… they grabbed a REAL photo.. and made a fake story… cant confirm the joe goff part… but cant see why its not real… you can see a warden right there!.. its still a really cool photo.. and the perspective makes the gator look HUGE… Val Horvath is a professional photographer (and is credited with making that shot).. Im sure he used the perspective to make his point, which is that the gator IS HUGE….

    Hah! When I saw the gator…I though it was something that Jake was targeting out of season on Zumbro!
