Do you put ketchup on a hotdog?

You have to have Ketchup on a hot dog, it is un-American if you don’t
I put ketchup on everything like eggs, chicken,fish, potatoes, Mexican food, almost everything but chocolate cake

I vote no. I like a little mustard/onion/horseradish on a dog. But each to his own.

Lots of ketchup, mustard, lots of onions and sweet relish with jalapenios until it starts dripping and running out the ends.

I have a theory that people who use lots of ketchup had a bad cook as a parent, though most won’t readily admit to that, I find it’s true way more often than not. Actually on a hot dog or little with fries once in awhile, other than that I don’t eat it. My mom is/was a great cook

Never use catsup! Only time I would use it would be if I had to eat a rough fish to survive, like on a bass or catfish.

To properly dine on “hot dogs”, the following are mandatory;
mustard, onions, relish, sport peppers(if your “compression ratio will allow…), and a slice of cucumber. Preferably grilled, and a Hony Weiss to go with it.

I put Ketchup on Lutefisk only, because that is the only way the dog will eat it!

i disagree. my mom was a great cook, and i like a little sup on my dogs or brat. how do you screw up cooking hot dogs anyways !!! i don’t use ketchup otherwise.

Of course I use Ketchup….kills the lips and …..hole taste ya know waht I mean.

Sorry, Ketchup is a staple in my diet when it comes to burgers, fries, and dogs. On my dogs or brats I love ketchup, musturd, and a bunch of onions. On the dogs, I actually prefer mustard, cheese, onions and chili.

As a kid we would make Ketchup sandwiches. 2 slices of white sponge bread little butter and ketchup. It sure was good then. Now I am not as sure so I will just keep putting it on just about everything. It goes really good on prime rib and steak!

Catsup, cheese and bacon, applying the bacon chheseburger principal to a hot dog. Darn tasty, but you can feel your arteries harden as you eat it.

You might be able to feel those arteries hardening, but holy crap I can hear them hardening from here!
But what kinda life would it be without such delicacies.

This guy does not eat manufactored hot dogs to much. Venison weiners are way better.

My son eats ketchup on ketchup! When he lived at home he went thru a 7 lb. can a month . That kid put it on everything!

Antbody that would put ketchup on a hotdog probably puts ketchup on prime rib also.
