I am looking for concrete work to do on weekends and evenings in the LaCrosse and surrounding areas. I have 5 years experience in flat work finishing. Willing to do sidewalks, patios, aprons, basements, and steps. Tearing out existing concrete and replacing will also be considered. Reasonable rates and free estimates. PM me here or send an email to [email protected]

I am booking dates as of now. With the frost now out of sandy areas and a majority of heavier soil areas, I am now able to do outside work. Most large companies are booked tight until early summer, but I will be able to get to the smaller jobs they do not want or can’t do due to their schedule. Quality work guaranteed.

I am also able to do colored concrete and stamping as well. Stamping has many different patterns and designs and can also make a border around the outside edge on concrete.

I have brought in another partner that is skilled in retaining walls construction. SO if you are thinking of putting in a retaining wall for decoration or to hold back dirt, let us know and we would be glad to come out and give you an estimate.

How about the Lakeville Mn area? My garage floor has cracked most of the way across(even with the rear tires of my cars) and sank a little. I would imagine that about half of the floor would need to be removed, the area below built back up and then new concrete poured. Let me know.

That is the best way to repair it. It is labor intensive, but very possible. Where is Lakeville, MN? It may be a little out of my range at this time.

Lakeville is basically South Metro. South of Twin Cities on 35.

Bringing this back to the top. Spring has sprung so now we can get to work on repairing old concrete, putting in new, building retaining walls, build wooden decks, or other handyman type jobs. If you are thinking of getting some work done, give me a chance to give you a competitive bid. My partners and I can do just about anything from concrete to finish carpentry.

Not really. We are doing some work in Eau Claire right now and it is little over an hour;s drive. I think Rochester is close to that

Here is some work Mike Watson did for me, I would highly recomend him to anyone looking for flatwork, the colored patio turned out great. Ma couldn’t be any happier with her new patio, and I like my new parking spot.

Here is a shot of the flat work, you can see the patio in the back, the section in the lower right hand corner is an older piece of concrete from what I had before..

Mike, Farmington is just south of the Twin Cties [Minneapolis/St. Paul] in Mn. Its below Apple Valley and Lakeville if that helps more when looking at the map.
    Thanks, Bill

This concrete was pretty old and had chain link fence for rebar, after watching Mike and his partner JD struggle with this for a weekend tearing it out I felt terrible about how challenging this was going to be for them, Mike had never seen anything like it. We agreed to add some cash to the price for what was a very crappy tear out. Even after all that Mike saved me a good deal of money with his price versus what local contarcters were quoting me!

I own a company that revolves around custom landscape curbing and we also squeeze in some concrete flat work once in awhile and it is amazing what you find in some of the tear outs. For example logging chains, chain linked fences, pipes etc etc etc. So I personally know what Mike went thru on this project and if we only knew what was in the concrete at the time of bidding jobs I would be a much richer man…

Just finished building a storage shed and am looking for something else to do. If you need a deck, shed, concrete, or any other odd job, let me know and I may be able to help.
I am limiting my concrete work to my local area, but will travel a little for all other work. Contact me on here or email [email protected]
    Thanks,
    Mike
