Does anyone know if the eagles are still migrating in or around Red Wing, or if it’s too late? I’ve been trying to reach Chamber of Commerce and all I get are recordings. We are in the St. Cloud area and thinking on going down there today but not able to find out any information. Thanks

They are all over the place. We got within 30 feet of one last Sunday. But my camera battery died.

If viewing them from shore, Baypoint and Coville parks have been very active. Of course the spectators have been heavily using the Reads Landing/Wasbashs area. By the projected forecast, Saturday would be your best option.

Thanks for the Info. We are leaving today and taking my 80 yr. old mother in law, so it’s sure to be an adventure. Will post pictures when we get back if there is anything exciting to share.

If you want to see a ton of them hit the back channel near Goose Lake. They are all over the place. You can’t drive through there without seeing dozens.

Here are a couple pics I took recently.

There was a bald eagle sitting in a tree by the culvert going across Mud Lake on my way to work this morning!
